| La Despensa is celebrating |
|
Three of our friends and collaborators –Arturo Higa Taira and Goster, for Peru, and La Silueta publishers, for Colombia– have been chosen to represent their countries at the I Iberoamerican Design Biennial, which will take place in Madrid from November 24, 2008, to February 15, 2009.

| La Despensa in Arequipa |

| Our friends at Mediática and Arcadía bookstores travelled to Arequipa, with the editorial arsenal they have accustomed us to, to participate in the 2008 Book Festival. In their cargo of design, art, photography and architecture books they have included La Despensa products. The fair is taking place at the Claustros de la Compañía de Jesús (the Society of Jesus Cloisters) from October 17 to 28, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. We’ll be waiting for you. |

| My Pucará Bull |
|
| Angela Ramos, visual artist and La Despensa staff member, is part of the group of artists from Cusco who have intervened in the classic Pucará pottery bull for the second edition of the travelling exhibition Mi torito de Pucará. The exhibition, which has already gone to Cusco and Arequipa, has arrived at Lima. After a stop at the Larcomar Fashion Plaza, where it stayed until October 5, it can be visited at to the Javier Prado Sodimac until October 19. See you there! |
